Cash/UPI/Credit/Debit Card is acceptable. But the Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one of the travellers.
We solely reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation, anywhere if it appears that a customer has been involved in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under any other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
All special rates include 10% tax and 5% service charge.
CHECKIN /OUT POLICY
Check-in: 12:30 noon is the normal check-in time.
Earlier or later check-in is subject to a fee and availability.
A copy of the guest card ID is required for check-in.
Check-out: 10:30 am is the normal check-out time.
A later check-out is subject to a fee and availability.
The Resort reserves the right to charge late check-out fees.
The Swarnabhoomi Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in if a valid ID is not provided.
All guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in at Swarnabhoomi Beach Resort without a parent or guardian present.
SOCIAL POLICY
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Valid ID Accepted: All government-recognised documents such as Driver’s Licence, Aadhar Card, Voter ID ID, and Passport.
PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
Food from outside is not allowed.
CHILD POLICY
Outside food is not allowed.
Resort does not allow pets in guest rooms without prior information.
Consumption of alcohol in common areas is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed only in the room and in the designated smoking area.
Visitors are allowed in the common area instead in the room.
Food and lodging for one child under the age of 5 are complimentary.
ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY
Only two (2) adult guests per room and one (1) minor up to 12 years old are allowed in all room categories, except 3 Bed Queen Banglow.
The Resort will provide an additional bed for an additional fee.
COMPLIMENTORY BREAKFAST
Buffet Breakfast timing is 7:30 to 10:00 am in the Resort restaurant only.
All requests afterwards and room services will be chargeable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation/change is made up to 72 hours prior to the guest’s arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If the cancellation/change is made within 72 hours of the guest’s arrival date, only the room rate for one night including taxes will be charged.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate including taxes.
Early bird/last minute/package rates and booking dates are non-changeable and non-refundable for cancellations
The refund process takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
No refunds will be issued during the holidays or for bookings made on special dates.
SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS
Pool hours are between 8:00 and 15:00 and 17:00 and 21:00.
When the weather is unsuitable or if any other circumstances arise where management has no other choice than to shut down, the pool will be closed.
Pool Usage beyond Scheduled or permit Hours may impose To a Fine of INR 1000 Per Person.
Only the in-house guests are permitted to use the pool.
Please take good care of the kids.
Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Non-Swimmers are not allowed.
The resort management disclaims any liability for fatal accident outcomes.
Before entering the pool enclosure, take a shower.
A swimming costume is required.
Cotton clothing is not permitted inside the pool.
Please refrain from bringing pool towels inside rooms and vice versa.
All use of oils, soaps, and shampoos is strictly forbidden.
Strictly prohibited is diving.
Pushing and inappropriate conduct are strictly forbidden.
Respect others’ right to privacy.
Running Is not permitted on the Deck.
Do not place or throw any items inside the pool.
Food, glass containers, smoking, and tobacco chewing are not permitted in the pool. Polycarbonate glasses are available with the attendant and can be used to drink from. In such incidents, a fine of INR 1000 per person would be imposed.
Pool users must cooperate with one another and circle swim during peak hours.

THE WATER PARK RULES
